This form is to sign up for Indition products and services. Upon receipt of this form, you will receive an invoice that includes the applicable setup fee along with your first month’s payment.

Once payment is received, your account will be placed in the provisioning queue and the onboarding process will begin. Your place in the queue is determined on a first-come, first-served basis, and your onboarding timeline will be communicated after payment has been received.

Recurring invoicing will begin 30 days after your initial Indition product configuration and setup have been completed.

Select the products that you want to add to join the Indition family. Modules can be added at a later date if you are unsure if you want or need them today. Your initial invoice to secure your place in line will include either a $500 setup fee unless you opt for the Setup & Training package which is $1500. This includes your setup fee.

Indition also provides a full suite of services. Select those services that are you interested in. Services can be added at any time, except for the Setup & Training option. If you select the Setup & Training option that option will be included on your initial invoice. All other services will not be invoiced or begin until after your instance is live.
